I was drawn to work with Marti at a transitional time in my life.  I have started a new business and was finding that my blocks were keeping me from being as successful as I knew I could be.  In our short 6 weeks, Marti helped me see where my fears were and gave me space to be compassionate to myself and accept more of who I am.  Not being blocked by those fears allows me to be more present and effective in all that I do.

I was looking to understand more about my blocks so I can be even more present in my world.  We found some stuff that has really helped me feel more trusting in myself.  This life has given me lots of opportunity to grow and become more “real” and I am grateful for your help in that.

Thanks for being an accepting mirror so that I could see more of myself and accept it.

I wanted to learn to love unconditionally, but what I learned was that I first must love myself. You helped me apply principles and devise specific practices that I could use to love myself. Not feel love for myself but love myself in the verb form of the word. Once I started to love myself things changed so dramatically that it is hard to see myself as the man I was just a few months ago. I feel that all of the things I set out to change or face were more than addresses, in fact I didn’t even imagine that your coaching would help me in so many areas of my life. Your walk is attractive and hopefully will attract others like me who want to be challenged into becoming what we are capable of.

Loving yourself from the inside out has been a great opportunity to look deeper into what makes me me. It has created the space for me to look at how I can love my little girl and make her feel valued, loved and unique. Which in turns opens that door for me as an adult.

Marti has done the work and is someone I trust. I may not like what she says at times but I trust her.

It’s good to have someone I trust. You are someone I trust. I am more aware of when my past gets in the way of my present. I feel the tools I learned from my coaching have helped me.

Marti’s insight have been a blessing in my life. I’m 32 years old and I’ve know her for about 5 years. In that time, her counsel and advice ahs helped me enforce stronger boundaries with people to keep the crazy out of my life. She’s helped me realize that as an adult woman, I’ve tacitly enabled narcissists my entire life, because that was a survival skill I learned a s a child. I’ve continued that behavioral pattern as an adult, despite being unaware of it.

Recently, Marti and I spoke about “broken boyfriend pickers” and she helped me become aware of the pattern in the romantic partners I was choosing and how to break it. This has helped me have a deeper understanding of myself  and sets me up to  start making more informed choices. Now, the pattern of men I’ve chosen to have romantic relationships with stands out like a sore thumb, because they al model the relationship I had with my dad and brother, both of whom display narcissistic behavior.

Marti is very gentle in how she communicates and she knows more than she lets on. Her strength lies in  how she calls out the truth like it is. You have to be ready to hear it and understand that she speaks the truth from a place of love, even if it mekes you feel uncomfortable. Putting yourself in her care would not be a mistake. She’s left everyone she’s met better off than she found them. I’d highly recommend her as a guide/mentor and coach.
